A vacancy has arisen for a HGV Technician based out of our Dodworth Depot, Barnsley.
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual with strong engineering experience to join our busy service department. The position will suit a first class technician who can demonstrate strong diagnostic skills and all-round technical knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, diagnosis and repair of a wide range of vehicles from Lightweight Commercial to Heavy Goods.
Relevant qualifications, clean and current driving licence and a reliable and flexible attitude required. Previous Commercial Vehicle maintenance experience and Commercial Vehicle licence is preferred but not essential

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Assistant at our Dodworth depot to further strengthen our customer and aftersales support.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will be:
Promoting and selling parts.
Assisting in monitoring of stock levels to meet customer and workshop demands in line with set stocking levels.
Dealing with customers, either by telephone or face to face, offering excellent customer service.
Receive parts deliveries ensuring that all items are correct, entering stock onto the parts system.
Assist with stock taking on a regular basis.
Organise delivery of parts to customers in the most cost effective manner.
Assists in keeping parts inventory clean, orderly and well organised.
Providing administration and general support to the parts manager.
Skills & qualifications needed:
Motivated to learn with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to use basic standard computer applications.
Previous experience of working within a parts department would be beneficial but in not essential as full training will be given.

We are looking for a Service Advisor/Warranty administrator to join our busy Service departments at both our Warsop and our Fauld depots. The role is varied & demanding. It will include taking service ookings, handling telephone enquiries, providing information and updates on the progress of work, following up enquiries, recording vehicle & customer data, producing invoices, submitting warranty claims, handling customer queries and general admin. Our service advisors are expected to offer the highest levels of customer service, both face to face and over the phone.
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and organisational skills, excellent customer service skills and IT business system literate. Previous experience in a similar role in an agricultural or automative dealership and staff management experience are essential to the role.
